Spa personnel can inform you of the policy for appointment cancellations.
We encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork, relax and unwind.
Only necessary accessories and personal belongings should be brought into the Spa, and these may be stored in individual lockers during the use of the Spa.
Please mute all mobile phones before entering the spa and remember speaking softly while within the spa, as a courtesy to those guests who are visiting the spa for its relaxing and tranquil atmosphere.
